Meet Lea.
Mother. Wife. Lover of exploration & travel. Sunrise chaser. Life long learner.
For over 10 years, I’ve worked as a psychologist, holding space for people as they navigated life’s challenges, pain, and transformations. I have extensive experience in working with complex trauma and chronic disease. Whilst I have always felt deeply honoured to walk beside others in this way, I began to notice something, and question is there ‘more’ out there? So, while psychology is incredibly valuable, my curiosity discovered deeper layers of healing that weren’t being touched. This curiosity led me into studying body psychotherapy, where I began to truly understand the relationship between the mind, the body, and energy. I witnessed how our emotions live in the body, how our nervous system holds memories, and how powerful it can be when we work with the body in healing — not just the mind. This experience planted a seed, a gentle whisper, that there was an even broader way of supporting people.
That same whisper eventually led me to discover homeopathy.
What I love about homeopathy is its ability to meet you where you are, honour your story, and awaken the body’s natural capacity to heal. For me, it became the missing piece. A way to weave together my psychology background, understanding of energy and the body, as well as a desire to support people in a more complete and compassionate way.
My connection to homeopathy also became deeply personal. Without oversharing, I have lived with chronic illness, including hormonal issues, Hashimoto’s, gut issues, as well as chronic acne. For many years I had exhausted many of the conventional avenues of treatment without finding the relief I longed for. Homeopathy gave me a way to support my own health gently and holistically. More importantly, it made me feel seen — as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. It helped me feel more balanced not only physically, but also emotionally and energetically. Lastly, homeopathy re-shaped me as a mother & the way I nurture in our home. Having remedies in arms reach for my children has been lifechanging, and yet we have used homeopathy overtime for other deeper issues that are rarely resolved through other avenues, just merely left with managing symptoms without getting to the root.
Parents, I know you know what it feels like when the fever strikes at 11pm, the croup cough at 1am, when the vomiting starts at 3am, or when someone injures themselves and it often happens when services are closed or we have let our medicine cupboard run low. Homeopathic first aid kits can sit in your home for years… in arms reach for those times of need. Naturally, my personal experiences with all different remedies further inspired me to offer the same kind of support and hope to others, which is how my clinic and dispensary evolved.
I believe people deserve more than coping strategies or symptom management. They deserve to feel truly seen, supported, and empowered in their healing. Homeopathy allows me to offer that — a space where your story matters, your struggles are met with compassion, and your whole self is honoured. When we work together, I listen carefully to your story and hold space for you with warmth, curiosity, and care. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you, offering gentle remedies and heartfelt support that encourage balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of vitality.
As much as I love homeopathy, I am holistic in my approach to healing, so other modalities such as EMDR, Somatic therapies, Reiki and counselling are also available in our clinic. I also recognize the power of combining multiple supports or approaches to magnify the effectiveness of change and healing you are seeking in your journey. So, while our clinic might be the first step towards your healing, we often work closely with other professionals or services in the community to help you reach your goals.
Outside of helping others, I am a mum to young children, love being in nature, enjoy crossfit, travelling & forever being curious. I would love to meet you, hear your story, support you on your own healing journey and have you experience the power of our little drops too.
See you soon,
Lea.
